TeamFines started with a simple frustration — managing fines in an amateur sports team should not require a piece of paper or spreadsheet, a group chat and three people arguing about who paid what.
Many sports teams have a fines system. Late to training? Fine. Forgot your kit? Fine. Missed a tackle you should have made? Fine. It's part of team culture — it keeps things accountable, builds camaraderie, and funds the end of season night out.
But tracking it all is a mess. Spreadsheets go out of date. Group chats get ignored. The kitty total is always disputed. And by the end of the season nobody can remember who owes what.
TeamFines is a purpose-built fines tracker for sports teams. Admins record fines by gameweek, track who has paid and who hasn't, and manage the team kitty — all from their phone. Players can join via a link or 6-digit code and see the leaderboard instantly.
No spreadsheets. No arguments. Just a clean, simple record that everyone can see.
TeamFines is currently in public beta. We're actively developing the product based on feedback from real teams using it week to week. If something doesn't work the way you'd expect, we want to know about it.
The core product is free. A Pro plan with higher limits is coming soon — beta users who sign up now will get Pro free when we launch.
