Who we are
TeamFines is a team fines tracker for professional and amateur sports teams. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this service.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide when you register — your name, email address, and profile picture via Auth0. We also store the data you enter: team names, player names, fine records, and payment information. We do not collect any financial or payment card information.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide the TeamFines service. We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not use it for advertising purposes.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely on Microsoft Azure infrastructure located in the UK. Authentication is handled by Auth0. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
Data sharing
We share data only with the third-party services required to operate TeamFines: Auth0 for authentication and Microsoft Azure for database and hosting. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
TeamFines uses session cookies necessary for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
